The below returns procedure and policy is only relevant to transactions and purchases made on this site.
Please make sure returned items are unworn and in their original condition including packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, body jewellery cannot be returned. If you do wish to return an item please mail us at email@example.com with your order number and details of your return, then send any returns to the address below.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service. Returns requesting an item in exchange require a cheque/postal order to cover the re-delivery cost. Cheques are to be made payable to ‘Skullmasons’. If no cheque/postal order is included, the exchange delivery cost will be charged to your card/Paypal account. If you are unsure of the delivery rate to your destination you can view our delivery details page. International parcels must be clearly marked as 'Returned Goods' in order to avoid customs charges.
Please allow 5 working days for your return/exchange to be processed.
Please note that returning unsuitable goods is at your own expense, however if you are returning a product because of an error on our part, Skullmasons will be happy to refund all costs associated in returning the item back to us.
